so…HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?

  • Start by completing the contact form on this page. We'll be in touch within the next 24-48 hours to discuss the needs and scope of your project, and go from there.

  • Next, we'll want to meet up and get to the fun stuff - like choosing your kitchen backsplash tile, or hardwood floors. We'll curate a custom mood board based off of our initial conversation to aid this process, and do some story-boarding once we have narrowed our focus.

  • Once you've made all your selections, and have approved your designs, all that's left is to unwrap the final result - your dream home.

    We'll also throw in a breakdown of your installed materials, as well as a guide for sub-contractors during installation - this safeguards our client's wishes when it comes to how they want their finished materials installed.

And what about your rates?

The needs of each project are diverse and unique - as such, we bill hourly, with a minimum. This does not include the first free phone consult for potential Direct Clients.

Builder and Contractor clients are by referral only, so our billable hours begin the moment your client contacts us. For specifics, please reach out to us.
